Shipping cost

  • Free shipping on orders over SAR 1,200.
  • For smaller orders, shipping is calculated by weight; the shipping options and their cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you can follow it on the order tracking page with your order number.

Returns and exchanges

Unused products in their original condition can be returned with the invoice within 3 days of delivery; refunds are made within 14 working days. Wholesale and custom orders cannot be returned. Details in our return and exchange policy.
